In a video report posted by News5 Everywhere facebook page, stated that drug lords are now joining forces with terrorist groups to assassinate President Rodrigo Duterte and Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa.
In an information the PNP Chief has received, the plan was to use a car bomb targeting the President and chief Bato because of their intense campaign against illegal drugs.

In spite of these, the PNP Chief has showed no fear on the said threats on his and the Presidents lives.

"Meron nang mga drug lords diyan na, nagbabayad, pati umaabot na sa mga personality na identified sa ISIS, identified sa BIFF, lumalapit na sila dun kay nahirapan na silang kumuha ng tirador sa ibang grupo." said Dela Rosa.
