The Cagayan de Oro Police Office (COCPO) are already in pursuit of a man that has been accused of raping a 13-year-Old girl last year. His name is Sanny A. Villaganas Sr. who resides in Zone 7, Bonbon and Apovel in Bulua.
Villaganas has been charged with 2 counts of rape and 7 counts of abuse. He raped the 13-year-old girl twice on January and September, 2015 based on a statement from the victim’sm family.
The warrant of arrest filed against Villaganas was issued on June 24, 2016, by Judge Richard Mordeno of the Regional Trial Court Branch 22 and has no recommendation for bail.
